Club Mahindra Kensville Golf Resort, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

The property is very very far away from the city and one has to travel at least 20 km for anything , be it for food or shopping Had a bad experience with drinking water that led to our stomach getting upset Hygiene conditions in the dining area is pathetic. Overall cleanliness is bad everywhere. The plug points in the room don’t seem to work properly Also had to face shortage of towels in the room The amount that they charge for dining is not worth the quality of food served Except for the fact that they are attached to a golf course , nothing nice about this property

Every single resort of Club Mahindra is at the outskirts of any city or village. Sometimes it's difficult to reach but when you reach there you will surely get a mesmerizing experience with such nice hospitality. This resort is well maintained and could be the first choice of a golf lover. Nice golf course and supportive staff. We didn't try food as it was so costly than normal. But yeah if you are a nature lover and you like to play golf or you just wanna have experience of playing golf at such a relaxing and healthy environmental place you must visit this resort. I would like to give 10/10 for cleanliness and maintaining such a beautiful place.

Location : Positives : Away from hustle bustle of city. Negatives : So far away that for anything and everything, one has to drive min 20+ kms. Food : Positives : Nothing worth mentioning Negatives : Exorbitantly high cost. Tasteless. Services : Positives : This word does not suit here. Negatives : A) Poor services in terms of luggage movement - Luggage arrive late. At check out I git so frustrated waiting for luggage pickup, that we as a family picked up all by ourselves and proceeded B) Staff : But for a few staff ( in restaurant & security), none gave been trained on courtesy. Rude (at reception). Wrong billing - had to literally fight for over an hour to get correct bill. C) HOUSEKEEPING : ALWAYS shortage of towels. There was a full day that went begging and pleading for towels. There was NOT even one towel. Even for tea bags - again plead for service. D) Rooms : Our room's large window was opening straight into a pathway. Absolutely no privacy. One has to always keep curtains closed. Can't enjoy any view. The staff refused to shift us to a better room despite availability on the next day. The app showed big availability. The staff was tells with tongue in his cheek - "you booked a studio room ... not a room with a view" - when we were politely placing a request for change. We are otherwise celebrated as Purple club members for all other reasons. The chair in the room had naked nails protruding out. Just one plug in the entire room Strands & tufts of hair on the sofa cum bed Cobwebs around the bed Thoroughly disappointed. This is the worst resort we have ever stayed/experienced in our 15 years with CMH.

Worst experience ever at Kensville club Mahindra golf resort ! Spoiling our new years the purpose we can to have a relaxing time for ourselves we faced the worst unexpected experience ever ! We were forced to pay 3000+taxes for some grand gala dinner organised by the hotel on the occasion of new year eve , as besides that they were adamant and were not agreeing to give us any other food ! This is Absolutely ridiculous and unethical to treat your guest this way & other guest too had the same complain! We had to call our friend all from Ahemdabad (60kms far from here) with food for us as there was no provision for dinner (food) for us from the hotel ! Absolutely horrible experience and we definitely want a compensation for this unethical behaviour! From staff even hr mr ram
